The chocolate parade is an event where shops in downtown Shelton decorate their stores and their menus with chocolate themes and treats. Explore the local fare. Mark the code of each business on a scorecard and you can enter to win prizes. 50% and you are eligable for 2nd and 3rd place prizes, get all of them and you could win 1st place prize: a 2 night stay at Ocean Crest resort. Each store will also feature in-store drawings.
On the map below, the fork and knife show places that are serving special chocolate menu items which you can rate on deliciousness on your scorecard. The shopping bags represent stores that have displays and in-store drawings. The green arrow points to businesses with a number on their door that you should mark down. Come enjoy the fun!

Cost is $5 (free for children younger than 6) and events include seafood cook-off, wine tasting and microbreweries, oyster shucking competition, art and photography competition, food vendors and more.
The gates are open to the public from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
